Area of responsibility and tasks
You will play an active role in X's activities with regard to CRM and customer loyalty. Activities within these areas are always carried out on the basis of the analyses for which you are responsible - analyses that are primarily created using the SAS and CDM systems. In addition, you will assist the Marketing Department in defining requirements for campaigns, including preparing reports, data validation, response handling, processing of campaign results, data import and export. Ultimately, you are the department's requester of and super-user of X's CRM systems.
